Asmar's book will be available 2013 for 40 dollars paperback, from a new publisher (Pearson dropped the title). The paperback is printed from the same PDF used by Pearson Publishing company, but Asmar has edited errors and reports that
I won't make any money on the new edition. The new edition supports courses that used my book.
