Fall 2015

Spring 2015
  • Postdoc seminar on Gromov-Witten theory and Derived Categories Reading Seminar, run by Y.P. Lee. This seminars meets 2 hours per week. Topic: Bridgeland stability conditions on threefolds. Goal: to study the paper by Bayer, Macri, and Stellari that proves the conjecture for the case of abelian threefolds.

  • Postdoc seminar on Gromov-Witten Working Seminar, run by Y.P. Lee and Mark Shoemaker. This seminars meets 2 hours per week. Topic: the crepant transformation conjecture for toric DM stacks. In particular, the recent work of Coates-Iritani-Jiang and related works.

Fall 2014

  • Postdoc seminar on Gromov-Witten theory and Derived Categories Reading Seminar, run by Y.P. Lee. This seminars meets 2 hours per week. Topics: Bridgeland stability conditions and the spin Hurwitz numbers, including the papers by S. Gunningham and by Lee-Parker.

  • Postdoc seminar on Gromov-Witten Working Seminar, run by Y.P. Lee and Mark Shoemaker. This seminars meets 2 hours per week. Goal: to understand the Eynard--Orantin theory and to relate it to Givental--Teleman's classification of the semisimple cohomological field theories.

Spring 2014 and Fall 2013

  • Postdoc seminar on Mirror Symmetry Reading Seminar, run by Y.P. Lee and Mark Shoemaker. This seminars meets 2 hours per week. Topics covered: mirror theorem for toric stacks, Teleman's proof of Givental's conjecture, Polyschuck-Vaintrob cohomological field theory via matrix factorizations, Tautological relations on M_{g, n} via 3-spin curves.

  • Postdoc seminar on Gromov-Witten theory and Derived Categories Reading Seminar, run by Aaron Bertram, Steffen Marcus, and Cristian Martinez. This seminars meets 2 hours per week. Topics covered: Gross-Siebert mirror symmetry, Bridgeland's proof of the DT/PT correspondence via Hall algebras.
