Downloads
   The University maintains a great page with links to downloadable software, including Adobe Acrobat Reader (near the bottom of their page), which is free and lets you view the .pdf files below on your home computer. On the Math machines, acrobat is activated automatically if you go to a .pdf file. The University page also has links to free telnet and ftp software so you can access Math and University servers from home. Have a look at this page, you might find something you need.

   The Math Lab assistants in South Physics 205 should be able to provide general help on this project. During the following hours either the course TA's or an instructor will be available for more specific help:
   Monday 10/29: 2-2:50
   Wednesday 10/31: 10:30-12:00, 2-2:50, 7-8 p.m.
   Thursday 11/1: 10:30-11:30, 12:30-1:30
   Friday 11/2: 2-2:50
   Saturday 11/3: 1-3 p.m.

   Grading for section 2250-4: Total = 20, distributed as follows
    parts 2, 4, 8 = 3 points each; parts 3, 5, 6, 7, 9 = 2 points each; 10 = 1 point.


Maple tutorials/quickstart on project I sessions will be offered in South Physics 205. This is the current Math Department computer lab . At least five people must sign up for any particular session before its scheduled start time, or that session will be cancelled. You sign up by writing your name on the signup sheet located on the lab door. The session times are:
   Wed Aug 29:   1:00-1:50 p.m.,   2:00-2:50 p.m.
   Fri Aug 31:   9:40-10:30 a.m.,   1:00-2:00 p.m.
   Tues Sept 4:   8:35-9:25 a.m.,   2:00-2:50 p.m.
   Wed Sept 5:   10:45-11:35 a.m.,   3:00-3:50 p.m.
