Unless arranged otherwise:
To reach the University campus, the Guest House, or the Residence Hall from the airport, taxis are about $25. Alternatively, the UTA TRAX (Salt Lake Valley's light rail system, see Rail System Map for more information) runs from the airport to downton (green line, from Airport to Courthouse), where you change to another train that brings you to campus and the Guest House (red line, from Courthouse to Stadium 1349 E 500 S and, respectively, Fort Douglas, 200 S Wasatch Dr). The Residence Hall is a short walk from the Guest House. Both the Guest House and the Residence Hall are at walking distance from campus.
Parking: The Guest House and Residence Halls should have available parking for a daily fee - please check with them about parking options. Parking is also available on campus, see the Visitor Parking page and campus parking map. Note, however, that campus is at walking distance from the Guest House and Residence Halls, and there is also a conveient Campus Shuttle available.
Please refer to the interactive campus map to locate the various buildings (WEB, JWB, LCB, JTB) as well as the University Guest House and the Heritage Commons Residence Hall.
For reimbursement requests, please check the reimbursement instructions.
Wireless internet is available in most residence hall buildings, but cannot be guaranteed. You can access the wireless internet using the UGuest network with a valid e-mail address. If you are from an institutions that participate in eduroam, then you can alternatively connect using the eduroam network.
