SYMRT

       SUBROUTINE  SYMRT (RTX,RTY,RTZ)
 C$    (Right Direction)
 C$    Define the plane  in which  characters lie  by providing  a
 C$    vector (RTX,RTY,RTZ) defining which way is to the right  on
 C$    a character frame.  This vector  must not be colinear  with
 C$    the up direction.
