 C$    (Help Internal - Trim)
 C$    Trim trailing  blanks  from a  packed  Aw-format  Hollerith
 C$    array, returning as a function value the index of the  last
 C$    non-blank character; this value will be 0 if the string  is
 C$    completely blank.
