       SUBROUTINE  HLPSPS
 C$    (Help Internal - Set Page Size)
 C$    Decode the  user-specified screen  page size.   To  prevent
 C$    disasters, the  size must  be  in the  range 4..256  to  be
 C$    acceptable.  However,  if no  number is  entered, the  page
 C$    size reverts to its default VALUE.
