- (1/24) MT1 solutions.
- (1/25) The Math Center has dedicated Foundations of Analysis tutoring hours at the following times: Monday, 3:00-5:00, Tuesday, 4:00-6:00, Wednesday, 1:00-3:00, Thursday, 2:00-4:00, Friday, 12:30-2:30.
- (1/29) The U's Learning Center also provides free tutoring service for Math 3210. (For details see link above.)
- (1/30) Exam 1 was returned on 1/30 and grades posted on Canvas. The districution of scores (out of 60 students): [90, 100]: 22, [80, 89]: 12, [70, 79]: 6, [60, 69]: 10, [50, 59]: 6, [0, 49]: 4. (You can still pick up exams in class until 2/2.)
- (2/9) Section 2.5 Problem 3 is not an easy problem. (This is an example of "compactness" in Section 7.4 next semester.) Here are two possible ways to get you started.

- (2/20) Exam 2 will be returned on 2/21 and grades are posted on Canvas. The districution of scores (out of 56 students): [90, 100]: 16, [80, 89]: 5, [70, 79]: 13, [60, 69]: 5, [50, 59]: 3, [40, 49]: 4, [0, 39]: 10.
- (2/21) Additional tutoring resources: Every Wednesday from 2-3pm, graduate students in the AWM are in Room 158 - adjacent to the Math Center - available to support students (of Math 3210) by (1) providing homework and studying help with upper-level math classes and (2) serving as a resource for questions pertaining to
research and graduate school.
- (2/29) A few announcements:
- HW in Sections 4.3 and 4.4 has been revised today.
- Midterm Exam 3 on Wednesday 13 March will cover 3.1-4.4. Details to be discussed tomorrow (Friday, 1 March).
- Y.P. will be away during the week 11-15 March. Mr. Yi-Heng Tsai (Section 1) and Ms. Yu-Ting Huang (Section 2) will substitute.
- Office hours for Yi-Heng 10:35-11:15 (MTWF); office hours for Yu-Ting 11:40-12:20 (MTWF). Both in JWB 226.

- (3/19) Exam 4 date is changed to Wednesday, 10 April 2023. Exam 5 will be moved to an earlier date (TBD).
