About me:

I am a professor at The University of Utah (I started in Fall 2014). Previously I was at PSU and Michigan .

I am currently studying questions related to local behavior (that is, singularities) and global behavior (for example, vanishing theorems) in birational algebraic geometry and in positive characteristic, characteristic zero, and most recently in mixed characteristic.

I live on the boundary between commutative algebra and algebraic geometry.
