GFL Images contains the images used by the Percolation_Threshold_Real_Data program to compute the percolation threshold for the real melt ponds.



Matlab Programs contains all the programs I used.



PDE Model Output contains all the outputs of the PDE program--only a few of these are deemed applicable because of the relationship between depth and percolation threshold as well as input parameters.



Percolation Threshold Graphs contains all the useful results generated by the percolation threshold programs.


Pond Surfaces contains the surfaces used by the Percolation_Threshold_PDE program which were obtained from Courtnay Strong



Documentation is a PDF created in Overleaf which details the purpose, method and results of each of the percolation threshold programs.
