Ben Briggs

I'm a postdoc at the University of Utah, working with Srikanth Iyengar. I got my PhD in Toronto in 2018 under the supervision of Ragnar-Olaf Buchweitz. I am a he/him type person. Here is my CV.

I think about problems in commutative algebra and representation theory, often borrowing ideas from algebraic topology. Recently I'm especially interested in complete intersections and the homological phenomena surrounding them.
