1. A/E crashed when trying to select a item from the change element
menu.  Following message appeared on the console:

Selection library internal error:
Service wouldn't let us acquire selection
requested selection: 4; result: 0

2. The scrollbar became confused.  It showed that the buffer was no
larger than the part of the document viewed, which was very wrong.
(The document is about 20 pages long.)  Also, the button, or whatever
its called, didn't move as I scrolled by clicking below it, although
the view did correctly move down a screenful.

3. A/E crashed when I tried to save and close a document.  I had 
recompiled the DTD, for the type of the document, just before trying
to close the file.  I wanted to reopen it using the new rules.
Perhaps I should have closed it before recompiling, but this behavior
is not very robust.
