Answer to 4 C) is here. The one in the original version is wrong.
Monday, April 28, The Final Exam will be held 3:30-5:30 pm at AEB 320. For the location of this building, go to Campus Map and click on "buildings" on the top left of the page. Then search by "code". The final exam will be departmental and comprehensive. Students can bring and use for final exam:
(1) a scientific calculator (NO graphing or programming calculators)
(2) one 8.5x11 inch sheet of paper with formulas written on it (but NO
problems worked out can be on your formula sheet)
So it is strongly recommended that you buy a scientific calculator if you don't have one.
As for (1) in the above criteria, ONLY a scientific calculator is allowed. This means you CANNOT use ANY OTHER KIND of calculators, such as a cell phone, PDA, whatsoever.
If your calculator or your formula sheet does not satisfy the above criteria, you are not allowed to use it during the exam. Also, you are not allowed to share one with other students.
If you are not sure if your calc or formula sheet satisfies the criteria, just check with me in advance.
