is a diminutive of my first name.
Maria Hohn is my professional name.

I was born in Warsaw, Poland (Europe)
where I lived till December 9th, 1992.
I studied Math at the Warsaw University.

Then, for 10 years, I lived in
Salt Lake City, Utah (US)
where I studied Meteorology
and then Medical Informatics
at the University of Utah.

I also worked as a lab assistant
in Undergraduate Computer Lab
in Math Department where
I met my husband Michael Hohn.

Then, for five years I worked
as an interface programmer
for the Intermountain Health Care.

I moved to San Francisco, California
at the end of September 2002.

I work as an interface programmer
for UCSF Medical Center.
