* The due date for this assignment is postponed one week because we 
  haven't discussed section 1.3 yet.

* REMINDER: our first midterm exam is Wed. Sept. 20. The exam will cover
  material from the handout about set theory (from Marsden's text) 
  sections 1.1, 1.2 and whatever part of 1.3 that gets covered on Friday, 
  Sept. 15 from our textbook (Wade II). I will hand out sample test problems
  Friday, and we can review for the test on Monday, Sept. 18.

* Our homework reader for math 3210¤1, Inbo Sim, is willing to answer your
  questions about homework grading. His email is  sim@math.utah.edu  and
  his office hours are TTh 10-11 in JWB 214.

* Study the following exercises, taken from the text "Introduction to
  Analysis, Second Edition" by William Wade, Prentice Hall 1999.
