NOTE

The following problems are meant to help you study for the final exam on Thursday, May 5, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. All of these problems involve important concepts we studied throughout the semester. It is more important that you understand these concepts. There are many more problems in the book that will be helpful in studying for the final as well. The best advice I can give is to practice, and to make sure you understand the concepts involved in a problem, not just how to solve it. For example, suppose a problem asks you to use the definition of the derivative. It will be very beneficial to understand where this formula comes from and what it means, rather than just memorizing it. Finally, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. You can always email me and we can schedule a meeting to discuss concepts or problems. I wish you the best on all of your finals!
