The notes are being revised as the semester proceeds, so download only one chapter at a time, making sure that the chapter you download is labeled version 2.1.
I will lecture on Tuesdays and Fridays. Mondays and Wednesday's each week will be devoted to doing homework problems in class. I will call on students to go to the board and do the problems and I will keep a record of how many problems each student does successfully. There will be 3 midterms and a final exam.
