Every student enrolled in a math course already has a computer account. The mathematics Computer Lab is located in Building 129. To use your account you simply have to log on. There are lab assistants available to help you or follow the Computer Lab link above. The Math Department has various software or tools for doing math. Most relevent for this course is Maple. Another good tool is Matlab.

Although I won't require you to use either of these tools, I will strongly suggest at times where Maple may be useful. I do suggest you learn some of the basics.
