I am a recent PhD. in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Utah, located in Salt Lake City. My thesis advisor is Paul C. Roberts. Currently, I am a Liftoff Mathematician funded by the Clay Mathematics Institute. I will be at the University of Kansas at Lawrence for the month of June. You can WASTE me there. I'll be at the University of Utah for the month of July. For the first three weeks of August, I'll be getting ready for my new job at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

I completed my undergraduate degree at U.C. Berkeley, and I did some preliminary graduate work at San Francisco State University. I am currently a member of the MAA, the AMS, the AWM and Phi Kappa Phi.
