GRADUATE STUDENT, UNIVERSITY OF UTAH
I am off the job market. I will be moving to the University of Sydney as a NSF Postdoctoral Fellow in October 2018.
I am a graduate student at the University of Utah studying representation theory. Some objects that I think about are Lie algebras, Lie groups, Whittaker modules, D-modules, Gelfand pairs, Kazhdan-Lusztig polynomials, and Lie superalgebras. I'm also interested in university mathematics education, particularly on factors which influence the persistence of underrepresented groups in STEM fields. My advisor is Dragan Miličić. Here is my CV.
When I am not thinking about math, I can usually be found doing yoga, climbing, or skiing.
Talks and Workshops
I like to give outreach talks about mathematics. Slides from some of these outreach talks can be found below. If you are using Windows 10, open these links in internet explorer for best results.Association for Women in Mathematics
In 2017-2018 I was the president of University of Utah's student AWM chapter. We host many events! To see our webpage, click here.
