GRADUATE STUDENT, UNIVERSITY OF UTAH
I am off the job market. I will be moving to the University of Sydney as a NSF Postdoctoral Fellow in September 2018.
I am a graduate student at the University of Utah studying representation theory. Some objects that I think about are complex semisimple Lie algebras, Whittaker modules, equivariant D-modules, and nilpotent Gelfand pairs. I'm also interested in university mathematics education, particularly on factors which influence the persistence of underrepresented groups in STEM fields. My advisor is Dragan Miličić. Here is my CV.
When I am not thinking about math, I can usually be found doing yoga, climbing, or skiing.
Talks and Workshops
I like to give outreach talks about mathematics. Slides from some of these outreach talks can be found below. Most are sozi presentations which might take a moment to load.Association for Women in Mathematics
I am currently the president of University of Utah's student AWM chapter. We have many events! To see our webpage, click here.
