- Section 7.7:
1,2, 3, 9, 10, 19, 23, 33, 36,39, 49, 57.
- Section 7.8: 1, 5, 11, 13, 40, 58.
- Section 8.1: 1, 6, 19, 24, 48, 69. The reason I am not assigning a huge number of exercises from this section is that they are all in the same spirit: getting you comfortable with integration by substitution. However that is quite an important goal and can require different amount of practice for different people, so it really is up to you to be at a good comfort level. Do pick random exercises out of this section until you feel you have a good grasp of this technique!!!
