Problem 1: Use maple's eigenvects() command to find the eigenpairs.
           The equation Y'=DY in scalar form is a collection of decay
           equations that are solved by the Ch 1 recipe.

Problem 2: The constant k_4=1 should be added to the text. Corrected text
           appears in new www version (pdf). The eigenvalues are best
           found by hand. Use maple to check the computation, if you
           wish. Do not find eigenvectors or the DE answer.

Problem 3: See the similar example in the Ch 10 xerox notes. No maple
           contact, because the answer is given.

Problem 4: Partial fraction theory is required. Show all partial fraction
           steps by hand. No maple contact, because the answer is given.
