Title: The Non-Recurrent Behavior in Quantum Dynamics: Quantum Rotator

We study the movement of the quantum rotator, i.e. of the Schrodinger operator with a periodically-time-dependent potential. We prove that the spectrum of the quasi-energy is, generally speaking, continuous when we have resonance. We also prove that, choosing a fixed potential, there is a large number of non-resonance cases for which the spectrum of the quasi-energy is continuous.
