About me

I am a first-year graduate student at the University of Utah studying commutative algebra. My research interests lie in commutative algebra, homological algebra and algebraic topology. Particularly, I am interested in the relation between the functors Ext, Tor and free, injective resolutions of modules over Noetherian rings.

I am from Vietnam and obtained my Bachelor in Mathematics at the University of Science, Vietnam National Univerisity, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, before moving to Salt Lake City. Here is a little bit about me: I can speak Vietnamese fluently. "I make jokes when I'm uncomfortable". I have been in 4 states of America. I am an avid movie-goers and a big fan of sitcoms and would love to talk about them.

Here is my CV, updated November 2018.
