General Info: Your standard information. Storyteller is the person running the game, Series is another name for campaign. Be careful about Origin, and Nature, those are clearly defined and Nature has meaning in game terms.
Attributes and Abilities: Fill in your abilities. The right column is for the number of dice and the middle column is for specialties and attributes.
Experience: Just a big box to record experience in.
Backgrounds: All the backgrounds with circles for level and lines for details.

Attack Forms: List all your attack forms. Acc = accuracy, Dmg = damage, Mnv = Maneuvers, Rof = Rate of Fire, Conc = Concealability, FT = Format Tolerance.
Ammunition: Place to list each type of clip, the number of each clip, and the size and usage of the current clip. Blacken in the boxes from the right to set the clip size and cross off boxes from the left as you shoot. When you switch to a new clip erase the crosses.

Health: Standard AEon health scale.

Computer: The standard attributes of a computer and the agent. The area at the bottom is to list the agent's skills.
Equipment: Pretty standard. FT = Format tolerance.
Vehicle: Describes a single vehicle. All the vehicle stats you might have.

Willpower: Current and maximum will power.
Psi Power: Current and maximum Psi.
Psionic Abilities: Everything you need to know about psionics.
Author/Version: The author version text. If this does not match what is on your sheet then this description is probably not quite accurate.
