This sheet is simply page 1 of the AD&D Character Sheet with the blank area replaced with thief specific information. Room for all the thief abilities and backstab are provided. In addition an information box providing THAC0 rate, proficiency rate, prime requisite, proficiency groups, and HP/level is there. The proficiency rate is "2 + 1/4 (-3), 4 + 1/3" indicating that a thief starts with 2 weapon proficiencies, gains one every four levels, and suffers a -3 penalty when using an unfamiliar weapon; and that a thief starts with four non weapon proficiencies and gains one every three levels.
