Alternity Skills Sheet

Added a new skills sheet.  This is similar to the worksheet from the
PHB.  It has all the skills from the PHB, Tangents, and Dataware.  It
also has all the psionics from the PHB and a section for other
skills.

Alternity Supporting Cast Sheet
-------------------------------

Another new sheet, the supporting cast sheet has a mini-character
sheet and spaces for general description, appearance,
personality/mentality, history, tactics, and misc. notes.  It can also
be used to describe aliens, races, etc.

Up and Coming
-------------

Skills Sheet:  Within a few weeks I'll be adding the Outbound skills
to the skills sheet.

Sheet Filler: It's still on my list to do.  However, I'm working on a
different (non-sheets) project that is occupying a lot of my time so
progress will probably be slow.

Other: I'm starting a new campaign in a few weeks.  That will probably
generate new sheets.  Possibly an improved GM sheet.
