- General Info
- Space for the ship name, type, manufacturer, owner, home-system, and registry.
- Logo
- A space for a drawing of the ship or ship logo.
- Computer
- Space for the name, type, quality, and statistics of the ships computer.
- Vital Supplies
- Space to mark out fuel, food, air, and water for the ship.

- Compartments
- This is a large area with 12 compartment info spaces. For each compartment there is room for the compartment name, stun, wound, and mortal points, and what systems are in the compartment.
- Crew
- Here we have the necessary crew along with what skills they use. There are two blanks slots at the bottom for any unusual crew positions.
- Permits, Papers, etc.
- Place to list all permits the ship has. IssuedBy is who gave the permit; Expires is how long it lasts; and Domain is where the permit has meaning;
- Security
- Place to list the security systems of the ship along with their location, type, and what is needed to bypass them (Access).
- Unusual Systems/Software/Hardware
- Any other components to the ship that aren't listed elsewhere.
- Cargo
- Place to list cargo with lots of info: Cargo is what it is; Qt is the quantity; Mass is how much mass it uses; Vol is the volume it takes up; Location is where in the ship it is stored; From is where it was picked up; To is where it is being taken to; Cost is what was paid for it; Legal is the legal status of the cargo; and Dur is the durability points of storage the cargo takes up. There is also a space, CargoSpace, which holds the amount of cargo space available, either in cubic meters or durability points.
- Equipment
- Unlike Cargo, Equipment is not being transported from point to point, but rather is there for the use of the crew.
- Notes
- Large section for notes.
- Author/Version
- The author version text. If this does not match what is on your sheet then this description is probably not quite accurate.
