Experience

Along the top are places for the names of up to 6 characters. The rest of the table is an experience log. Dates of role playing sessions go along the left, then for each character there are columns: Gen, RP, TW, Min, and Total which indicate the following:

Gen - General achievement points.
RP - Role Playing Achievement Points.
TW - Team Work Achievement Points.
Min - I give 1 achievement point to the character with the least number to represent working with a more experienced group. Feel free to use this for anything you like if you wish to use other methods.
Total - The total number of achievements the character has collected to date.

Character Info: The rest of the sheet is 6 character info boxes. The name of the character goes in the top right. There is a spot for general info (player name, race and profession, career, level, and last resort points), abilities, movement rates, action score, durability, armor, actions per round, and up to three attack forms.

Notes: Large section for notes.
Author/Version: The author version text. If this does not match what is on your sheet then this description is probably not quite accurate.
