Widget Stuff

These are bugs/features slated to be fixed/ready shortly after 1.0.

Italic/bold/typewriter fonts don't line up with normal font baseline always correctly.

Problem with annotation not containing trailing newline, widget screwing up.

Always use 80 character window width for purposes of printing and saving the current document (including for PostScript?).

Deferred and Future

These are bugs/features slated to NOT be fixed/ready for 1.0, unless somebody swamps us with money and asks us to do them sooner.

HTML widget is asked to convert anchor to position before it knows what its width is...
