    Grading:

Half of your overall score will be based on completion. Typically, you will receive 1 point per problem that you complete.

The other half of your overall score will be based on the accuracy of a subset of your homework problems.

A subset of your homework is graded based on the following breakdown:

  • 4 points per problem if answer is correct and work is shown

  • 3 points per problem if answer is mostly correct and work is shown

  • 2 points per problem if answer is not correct and work is shown

  • 1 point per problem if answer is not correct and there is very little work

  • 0 points per problem if no work is shown or problem was not attempted

  • If you feel that you deserve more points than you were given, please don't hesitate to discuss this with me in office hours.

The problems highlighted in blue are the problems that were graded.
