SETUP2

       SUBROUTINE  SETUP2 (DX,DY)
 C$    (Set 2-D View Up Direction)
 C$    Define  the  view  up  direction  by  specifying  a  vector
 C$    (DX,DY,0), measured in  world coordinates  relative to  the
 C$    view reference point.  This vector will appear vertical  on
 C$    the view surface, parallel to the V axis.
