 C$    (Parse Internal - Standard Help Message)
 C$    Type a standard help message for the current field.  If the
 C$    argument, USRHMS, is .TRUE.,  the message is surrounded  by
 C$    parentheses.  One leading blank  is always prefixed to  the
 C$    message.
