INQTRT

       SUBROUTINE  INQTRT (RTX,RTY,RTZ)
 C$    (Inquire Text Right Direction)
 C$    Return the vector  (RTX,RTY,RTZ) defining which  way is  to
 C$    the right on a character frame.  This vector, together with
 C$    the  text  up  direction,   defines  the  plane  on   which
 C$    individual character frames lie.
