 C$    (Help Internal - Error Beep)
 C$    When an illegal or unimplemented  command is met, the  user
 C$    needs to be informed of it.  This version simply rings  the
 C$    terminal bell.  On host systems where this is not possible,
 C$    a short message could be issued instead.
