U-command

 The U-command goes up to this node's parent.  For now, RDINFO  supports
 only one menu mode in  a file, so this  command will usually go  there.
 If you are already in  the menu node, this should  go up to the  file's
 parent, but that feature has not  been implemented yet.  If you got  to
 this file from a menu item or footnote in another file, the "L" command
 will take you back.
