Registration

Please register using the online form. Registration received by April 18 will receive priority for travel funding considerations (please see the Travel Funding section below).

Once you have registered, please pay the registration fee ($30 Students, $75 Postdocs, and $125 Professionals) using the secure online payment system.

Posters

There will be a formal poster session Friday afternoon and opportunities to informally peruse and discuss posters during coffee breaks. If you are interested in presenting a poster please be sure to indicate your interest when filling out the registration form.

Venue

The meeting will be held on the campus of the University of Utah in the Room 210 of the Aline Wilmot Skaggs Biology Building.

Accommodation

A limited number of hotel rooms have been reserved at The University Guest House at a discounted rate of $110 per night. Please e-mail Gail Howick (howick@math.utah.edu) to inquire about availability of rooms at this rate. Please make accommodation arrangements by June 14; after this date we cannot guarantee rooms at the posted rate.

There are many other hotel options in downtown Salt Lake City. The most convenient in terms of public transportation are those hotels near the TRAX Redline (public light rail service).

Picnic

Conference participants are invited to attend a picnic dinner at Fort Douglas Picnic Grounds on the evening of July 15.

Conference participants are invited to attend a cabin party at Jim Keener's cabin on July 16 from 1pm until ??

Local transportation

Use the TRAX Redline for convenient transportation between the conference venue and downtown Salt Lake City.

There is a Campus Shuttle for traveling between the conference venue and the conference hotels.

See the main shuttle page for a live tracker of all shuttles. The stop for the conference venue is President's Circle.

Travel Funding

Fellowships are available for some speakers and poster presenters to partially cover travel costs. Priority will go to junior researchers and to those without their own grant support.
