%%% used it to add and/or correct several dozen

%%% the index on that CD-ROM contains only
%%% initial page numbers (and often, no volume
%%% and issue numbers), and there is no way to do
%%% batch searching, so it is of limited utility
%%% for extending this bibliography.

%%% derived almost entirely from the OCLC
%%% Contents1st database. Additions were then
%%% made from all of the bibliographies in the
%%% TeX User Group collection, from the Uncover
%%% library database, from the Compendex

%%% 1989--1995 CD-ROM database, from
%%% bibliographies in the author's personal
