Summer Mathematics Program for High School Students

To apply to the program, you will need to submit the application form, teacher recommendation form, and the personal statement:

To apply for a need based scholarship and/or a scholarship for housing, please submit a copy of the FAFSA form, which you may get from your high school. Please send this form (or a copy of it) directly to us. Please do not send it to the financial aid office.

Preference will be given to applications received by April 1, 2002. Please send all application materials to:
