Applying to the Graduate Program

You must apply to both the University of Utah Graduate Admissions Office and the Mathematics Department separately. Application to the Graduate Admissions Office can be made online. To access math department application materials use the links below.

If you are unable to afford the application fee, send your application directly to the Math Department in January. If you are admitted to the program with financial assistance, then arrangements can be made to pay the application fee which you will be required to pay back when you arrive at the University.
