Mindware offers a large variety of mathematical games,
toys, and puzzles (including books of puzzles). A
special catalog for "educators" is available.
Playcube, a version of Polydrons, the favorite
geometry toy at the Geometry Center. Polydrons are
durable plastic tiles in the shape of regular n
-gons ( n =3,4,5,6) that snap together
along their edges.
This general puzzle vendor offers some "
disassembly/reassembly" type puzzles (mostly made
of wood) that may help develop geometric thinking.

Their Zometool system is a more mathematically
sophisticated version of Tinkertoys which allows one to
build platonic solids, among other things. However, the
parts are rather delicate, so this is not recommended
for younger children. They have five size kits, ranging
