(Comments) --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Kelsey Mt Yurt is high up in the Boreal Forest in the deep snow zone. It is at the high point of the loop that accesses the Yurt and all the trails and glades above the yurt. Snow is usually dry and deep. Trails go up about 700 feet above the Yurt. Yurt is comfortable with bunks kitchen, and all the utensils. Lots of spruce tree glades for snow play. Great views up high. Plenty of fire wood. Its in the woods for shelter but gets great morning sun and sunset light. Small deck for hanging out and checking the moose going by. Water is nearby in a couple of brooks.
