Remarks

Problems 2.2.14 to 2.2.22 ask for the behaviour of the given polynomials for large values of |x|. For these questions you need to determine the behaviours of xⁿ for large values of |x| and odd and even n.
You may find the Factor Theomem (in Section 2.3) helpful (how?) for Problems 2.2.50, 2.2.56 and 2.2.66.
Use the Factor Theorem for Problems 2.3.60 and 2.3.66.
